Lynn Smith a CNN anchor who has been working since March 2019 talks about how justice is being given so differently based on what your race is and if you have money or not. Smith recently talked about a young boy, Deandre Somerville who missed jury duty because he was to busy helping his grandpa and working on his daily routine. Due to missing jury, he was punished and sent to prison for ten days to learn the importance of jury duty. Somerville went through a lot in prison and he said that he learned his lesson.
